- Implemented pagination system on the tutorials page

- "5 Most Recent Tutorials" added to front page
- Fixed some minor bugs

The code for uploading icons was buggy for a while, making it hard for me to approve submitted tutorials. Now, however, it is fixed so you can continue to submit tutorials.
